EMRS Team Building Day Part 4

Thereafter, they also played “Water Ping Pong”. The aim was to transfer the Ping Pong ball with cup filled with water, from the first to the last team member. This was when everybody got wet. This was the hardest game because teammates had to trust each other utterly. The person receiving the water with the Ping Pong must not move, or the ball may fell out. And the person pouring the water must be firm and stable, or the receiver may get wet. Most importantly, the students were big hearted and magnanimous. They poured water on each other, accidentally and intentionally. Yet, everyone was game enough to enjoy and had fun.

Subsequently, they also played “Blind Mice”, “Elementary Math” and “Maze”. The overall winner was Team 5. Miss Tess Tan, our EMRS supervisor, was invited to present the prize to our winner. She graciously awarded the prize to Team 5 Gary Loh and together, they posed for photos.

The real winner was the whole EMRS. After that day, we were definitely more familiar with one another. We recognized all our strengths and leaders. We were more tolerant to everyone’s weaknesses as we had all became associates and friends. This experience was, without doubt, enriching and fun-filled.
