Pre-Event Preparation
After much planning and brainstorming, we collaborated with National Environmental Agency (NEA) to create awareness and get everyone involve and do their part to conserve the environment. To incorporate our booth with the green fair, we decided to reuse as many recyclable materials as possible to decorate the booth. Hence we find creative ways and ideas on how we can reuse recyclable materials,such as bottles caps and newspapers to design our banners. For example, we reused the old banners and repaint it.

Event Day!
Our hardworking team setting up the booth and preparing for the event. Even though there were minor obstacles that we face during the booth set up, we managed to attend to it quickly and resolve the issue fast.
- Presenting to you our happy head of logistics -
On the second day of the event, we managed to set up the booth faster as we have did it on the first day of the event. Thus, we know where and what are in place which makes the booth set up smoother and faster.
All in all throughout these two days event,we have learnt that communication and teamwork is important in order to make this event a success. We have also learnt to make quick decision when problems arises. The most challenging obstacles that we faced was to bring the crowd to the booth as there were not much people passing by the area. Hence, we decided to do mobile selling, giving out flyers and provide sampling to passer-by to encourage them to visit our booth and make purchases. Which we managed draw in crowds to our booth.
Despite all the challenges that we we faced during the event, we managed to overcome it all and sold ALL our Antidote drinks and achieved our sales target!
